- The refund request is made within 3 days of purchase;
- Technical issues prevent activation due to carrier restrictions, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
Non-Refundable Cases Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The eSIM mobile phone number has been issued.
- Incorrect device compatibility (buyers are responsible for ensuring compatibility before purchase).
- Incorrect customer information provided at the time of purchase.
- Change of mind or accidental purchase.
- Poor network coverage or slow internet speed due to carrier limitations.
- Any violation of our Terms of Service.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method and $5 processing fee will be applied. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
